Upload child pornography or other illegal imagery.
Upload any beastality imagery.
Upload images that infringe on copyrights unless you the uploader has distribution permissions.
If you do not abide to this agreement your account will be disabled and your ip address will be banned & reported to the correct authorities.
Our policy is to consider All DMCA abuse reports and take action with in 24hours.
How to write a proper DMCA notice:
Identify yourself as either:
The owner of the copyrighted works
A person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
State your contact information, including true name, street address, telephone number & email address
Identify the copyrighted work(s) that you believe is infringed.
State that you have "a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, it's agents or the law" State that the information in the notice is accurate.
Sign the notice with an electronic signature and email it to abuse@simpleimg.com
